The AC 8000 has been developed specifi cally for any application where items are required

1.AC系列清洗消毒机用于各种实验器皿和动物笼具的清洗、消毒和干燥。对于不同的实验室配备不同的清洗架，使其可以广泛应用于化工、制药、食品、生物和医疗等领域。清洗消毒机可以对下列物品进行标准的清洗和消毒

*2.2材质:机器内舱由AISL 316L不锈钢制造，外部为304L,防腐。

2.4LCD触摸显示屏:显示各种程序、运行阶段、时间、温度以及机器故障。
2.5 RS232口:可以连接打印机,打印清洗过程,可以上下载程序，方便工程师故障诊断和用户编程,可使用PC机程序编程，然后下载到仪器。
*2.6清洗剂泵:计算机控制两个清洗剂泵的清洗剂加入量，装有流量计,并可按用户需求可以增加到4个泵
*2.7控制液位传感器，防止清洗仓中水和清洗剂缺失
*2.8电极分别提供显示温度和消毒温度控制
*2.9工作程序预设置：不少于10个正常工作预置的程序，且用户可以自由编辑程序,同时具有标准的Ethernet网络连接
*2.10门可以通过屏幕触摸来控制开关,带有双层HST玻璃窗,方便观察机器工作过程,门上装有电动门锁，防止在运行本设备时不慎将门打开,门水平高度的工效学设计方便车架载入。
2.11机器内壁上有不少于150个清洗管和100个清洗喷淋头,用户可选配自清洁过滤器.
2.12机器可以选配使用HBB2BBOBB2B等化学剂B清洗消毒，其化学喷雾消毒功能，适合湿表面消毒.
2.13机器所有设计严格执行国际标准 EN ISO 15883-1/-2,可以进行93℃热消毒,产品符合CE, FDA/SFDA等认证及标准，并提供相应有效证明文件。
*2.14干燥系统：特殊设计的内腔热风干燥保证器械复杂的内腔完全干燥，干燥空气经双层过滤，分别为F级和HEPA H14，HEPA H14时风量可达1000mc,保证干燥空气的洁净度。
2.15水源:可连接三种水源：冷水、热水和去离子水，根据程序设计从不同的水源进水，加快清洗速度，节约能源。
*2.16清洗仓为园角设计，自清洁功能不会积存污物。
