2.12 配干燥系统，可以有三种干燥温度，保证器皿干燥效果可靠：

＊干燥空气经双层过滤，分别为F级和HEPA H14，保证干燥空气的洁净度。

2.13 内置软化水装置,可连接三种水源：冷水、热水和去离子水，根据程序设计从不同的水源进水，加快清洗速度，节约能源。
