OxiSelect™ ORAC and HORAC Activity Assay Kits

The assays known as ORAC (Oxygen Radical Anti-

oxidant Capacity) and HORAC (Hydroxyl Radical

Antioxidant Capacity) are powerful tools to measure

the antioxidant capacity of biomolecules. The ORAC

assay measures antioxidant capacity against peroxyl

radicals, while the HORAC assay measures antioxi-

dant capacity against hydroxyl radicals.
