德国FESTO双作用短行程气缸种类:气压传动中将压缩气体的压力能转换为机械能的气动执行元件。气缸有作往复直线运动的和作往复摆动的两类。作往复直线运动的气缸又可分为单作用、双作用、膜片式和冲击气缸

德国FESTO双作用短行程气缸的的工作原理一样,只是外部连接、密封形式不同气缸两边都是空心的,活塞杆内的永磁铁带动活塞杆外的另一个磁体(运动部件),我想说的是它对清洁度要求蛮高的,我们公司的磁偶的无杆气缸经常要拆下来汽油清洗,可能与它的工作环境有关吧。活塞通过磁力带动缸体外部的移动体做同步移动。它的工作原理：在活塞上安装一组高强磁性的磁环，磁力线通过薄壁缸筒与套在外面的另一组磁环作用，由于两组磁环磁性相反，具有很强的吸力。当活塞在缸筒内被气压推动时，则在磁力作用下，带动缸筒外的磁环套一起移动。气缸活塞的推力必须与磁环的吸力相适应。
