二.可溶性破骨细胞异化因子sRANKL ELISA试剂盒简介： 简介定量测定人血清或血浆中可溶性破骨细胞异化因子。适用于骨质疏松症、局部骨吸收增强相关的疾病、骨关节炎、肿瘤。
sRANKL, soluble receptor activator of nuclear factor (NF)-kB ligand (also: Osteoprotegerin ligand, OPGL) a member of thetumor necrosis factor (TNF) family, is the main stimulatory factor for the formation of mature osteoclasts and is essential fortheir survival. RANKL is produced by osteblastic lineage cells and activated T lymphocytes. It activates its specific receptor RANK that is located on osteoclasts and dendritic cells. The effects are counteracted by OPG (compare BI-20402 OPG ELISA), which is secreted by various tissues and acts as an endogeneous soluble receptor antagonist. As the serum concentration of sRANKL is usually quite low in normal samples an additional enhancement system is used in this ELISA.
