She graduated from Cambridge University and got her Bachelor’s Degree at 22 years old. She graduated from Oxford University and got her Doctor’s Degree at 24, becoming a professor at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China at the age of 25.

The only two professors born in 1990 in the plan, they accounts for 0.35% of the total, which makes them very rare indeed.
