SMC压力表系统由填充了密封液作为传递
压力的介质,则由于密封液的温度体膨胀
系数,使压力表随受压部温度升高而示值
也升高,其温度影响量与密封液体膨胀系
数,隔膜刚度以及受压部温度有关,尤其
对于低量程的压力表,则影响更明显。
SMC压力表的工作原理是基于测量系统中
的弹簧管在被测介质的压力作用下,追使
弹簧管之末端产生相应的弹性变形一位移,
借助拉杆经齿轮传动机构的传动并予放大,
由固定齿轮上的指示(连同触头)逐将被测
值在度盘上指示出来。
