已有文献报道采用离子色谱结合固相萃取法测定饮用水中的氯乙酸,以碳酸钠和甲醇作为流动相测定时,每个样品约需要25 min;气相色谱法可测定饮用水中氯乙酸含量;液相色谱法结合固相萃取可测定甜菜碱中的氯乙酸含量。此外,还有气相色谱-质谱法、毛细管电泳法等。其中气相色谱-质谱法需要进行衍生化,其衍生化试剂具有潜在危害性。

Monochloroacetic acid, also known as chloroacetic acid, is a chemical raw material. It is commonly used as an intermediate in dyes, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, resins and other organic synthesis. It is widely used in industrial production. It is highly toxic and has great harm to the human body. Industrial pollution is the main source of chloroacetic acid in water. Dichloroacetic acid is a disinfection by-product of drinking water in the process of chlorination and disinfection, and it has potential carcinogenic effects on the human body. Therefore, rapid determination of monochloroacetic acid and dichloroacetic acid in drinking water has become a focus of attention.
It has been reported in the literature that the determination of chloroacetic acid in drinking water by ion chromatography combined with solid phase extraction is carried out. When sodium carbonate and methanol are used as mobile phases, each sample takes about 25 minutes. Gas chromatography can determine the content of chloroacetic acid in drinking water. High performance liquid chromatography combined with solid phase extraction can determine the chloroacetic acid content of betaine. In addition, there are gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, high performance capillary electrophoresis, and the like. Among them, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry requires derivatization, and its derivatization reagent is potentially harmful.
