食品添加剂二氧化碳长期以来被广泛用于各种碳酸饮料,烟丝膨化,食品保鲜等领域,其质量优劣与人们健康息息相关.我国目前还不具备用于该产品质量监控的国家级标准物质,因此建立和完善食品添加剂二氧化碳痕量组分检测用标准物质及权威检测方法已刻不容缓.


根据国家标准GB10621-2006《食品添加剂液体二氧化碳》的要求,对苯的限量要求≤20ppb,标准方法规定是采用取样3~5mL直接进样法,这就对仪器FID检测器的灵敏度要求较高,而市场上现有国产化仪器,往往因灵敏度达不到要求而无法检测。

The food additive carbon dioxide has been widely used in various carbonated beverages, tobacco puffing, food preservation and other fields for a long time. Its quality is closely related to people's health. my country currently does not have a national standard material for the quality control of this product, so it is established It is urgent to improve the standard materials and authoritative testing methods for the detection of trace components of carbon dioxide in food additives.


According to the requirements of the national standard GB10621-2006 "Food Additive Liquid Carbon Dioxide", the limit requirement for benzene is ≤20ppb. The standard method stipulates that the direct injection method of sampling 3~5mL is adopted, which requires high sensitivity of the instrument FID detector. However, the existing domestically produced instruments on the market are often unable to detect because the sensitivity is not up to the requirement.
