为了准确分析高浓度 SF6中痕量的 CO及CO2,发展了的气相色谱-火焰离子化检测器(GC-FID)方法.

浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司采用便携式甲烷转化炉通过色谱柱结合阀切换将 SF6 从待测样品中分离并排出检测系统,从而避免 SF6可能造成的在线转化柱中毒现象,同时实现CO和CO2 的完全分离;通过在线镍催化将CO和CO2 的检测转化为可对CH4的检测,极大地提高检测灵敏度.结果显示,该方法对CO和CO2的检测互不干扰,两者都可在2~500 μL/L范围内呈现良好的线性相应,测定重复性好(RSD小于2%),准确度高.

建立的 GC-FID方法可直接用于 SF6高压断路器中痕量 CO及 CO2 的检测,为 SF6 相关电气设备潜伏性故障诊断提供了研究手段.

In order to accurately analyze trace amounts of CO and CO2 in high concentrations of SF6, a reliable gas chromatography-flame ionization detector (GC-FID) method was developed.

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. uses a portable methane reformer to separate SF6 from the sample to be tested and discharge it from the detection system through the switching of the chromatographic column combined with the valve, so as to avoid the poisoning of the online reforming column that may be caused by SF6, and realize CO and Complete separation of CO2; the detection of CO and CO2 is converted into the detection of CH4 by on-line nickel catalysis, which greatly improves the detection sensitivity. The results show that the detection of CO and CO2 by this method does not interfere with each other, and both can be detected at 2 It showed good linear response in the range of ~500 μL/L, with good repeatability (RSD less than 2%) and high accuracy.

The established GC-FID method can be directly used for the detection of trace CO and CO2 in SF6 high-voltage circuit breakers, which provides a research method for latent fault diagnosis of SF6-related electrical equipment.
