The determination method and conditions were optimized through experiments, and the type of chromatographic column was determined. The headspace equilibration time and equilibration temperature were measured, and the standard addition recovery experiment was carried out. The linear relationship was good in the corresponding concentration range, r=0.9996, the minimum detection limit of ethylene oxide was 0.02μg/mL, and when the weighing sample amount was 1.0 g, when the constant volume was 5 mL, the detection limit was 0.1 μg/g. The method can meet the standard requirements and is of great significance for the detection of ethylene oxide residues in masks and protective clothing.
