浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司建立了液体餐具洗涤剂中甲醇含量的自动顶空气相色谱测定方法。采用顶空自动进样,DB-FFAP色谱柱分离,火焰离子化检测器(FID)检测,外标法定量。结果表明,甲醇与乙醇等杂质有效分离,在10 mg/L~1 000 mg/L浓度范围内,所得回归方程呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 8,方法检出限为0.5 mg/L,对黏度较大的样品,降低称样量可使回收率控制在100%~101%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.8%~1.7%。该方法样品前处理简单,分离效果好,基本适用于所有的液体餐具洗涤剂样品,包括含异丙醇样品的检测。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. has established an automatic headspace gas chromatography method for the determination of methanol content in liquid dishwashing detergents. Headspace automatic injection, DB-FFAP column separation, flame ionization detector (FID) detection, external standard method for quantification. The results show that the impurities such as methanol and ethanol are effectively separated, and the regression equation obtained in the concentration range of 10 mg/L~1 000 mg/L has a good linear relationship, r=0.999 8, and the detection limit of the method is 0.5 mg/L. For samples with high viscosity, reducing the sample weight can control the recovery rate within 100%-101%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) is 0.8%-1.7%. The method has simple sample pretreatment and good separation effect, and is basically suitable for the detection of all liquid dishwashing detergent samples, including samples containing isopropanol.
