氨合成塔进出口氨含量分析 ,过去一直采用的是氨吸收法 ,根据酸碱中和原理 ,使含氨样气体通过已知浓度一定体积的硫酸标准溶液 ,用甲基红做指示剂 ,根据硫酸标准溶液的体积和残余气体体积 ,即可计算气体中的氨含量。由于所用湿式气体流量计长时间使用后本身误差较大 ,以及操作不当 ,如通气过快 ,使氨吸收不完全等原因 ,造成分析结果误差较大。

为此 ,浩瀚色谱（山东）应用技术开发有限公司研发的HH-NH3氨专用柱进行了用气相色谱法分析合成塔进出口氨含量的实验 ,取得了较为满意的效果。

In the analysis of ammonia content at the inlet and outlet of the ammonia synthesis tower, the ammonia absorption method has been used in the past. According to the principle of acid-base neutralization, the ammonia-containing gas is passed through a standard solution of sulfuric acid with a known concentration and a certain volume, and methyl red is used as an indicator. The volume of sulfuric acid standard solution and the volume of residual gas can calculate the ammonia content in the gas. Due to the large error of the wet gas flowmeter itself after long-term use, and improper operation, such as too fast ventilation, incomplete absorption of ammonia, etc., the analysis results have a large error.
