一、原理性能和用途
原理性能：是当被控制对象的温度发生变化时使温控器感温部内的工质产生相应的热胀冷缩的物理现象（工质体积变化），与感温部连通一起的膜盒产生膨胀或收缩。通过杠杆原理，带动开关通断动作，达到恒温目的。当被控制对象的温度达到设定安全值时，开关可断开动作，达到限温目的，人工手动复位，泄露自动保护。WYH系列液胀式温控器具有控温准确，稳定可靠，开停温差小，控温调节范围大，限温可靠超载电流大，泄露自动保护等性能特点。

用途：主要用于自动开水器、电烤箱、电热油炸锅、食品机械、厨房冷柜等控温用。

Principle of performance andApplication

When the temperature of the controlled object is changed,the inner working

substanceof thermostatsensible bulbproduce a corresponding thermal expansion and contraction physical  phenomenon (theworking substancevolume change), at which connected withthe diaphragm of sensible bulb producesexpansion or contraction.Through the leverage to drive switch on/off action, the purpose is to achieve constant temperature.WYH

三、注意事项：
1、用户必须根据自己产品的特点，所需控制的温度，提出订货型号和规格。
2、温控器安装时，感温管尽可能整支贴紧被控温表面，以达到控温准确的目的。
3、安装时不可将感温管压变形，以免影响其性能。
4、勿使导电气体或导电物质进入温控器内或污染温控器表面以免影响电气缘性能。
5、安装支架的M4机丝不要过长，否则会破坏温控器性能。
6、开关盒是电器陶瓷件要轻拿轻放，避免破坏。
7、毛细管折弯半径不能小于5mm.

3、端子尺寸规格和方向多种多样，毛细管和护套管长度可随客户任意选择
4、为方便客户安装温控器，温控器中还可焊接不同的直径的感温包
